Ritual

Ritual is our signature 60-minute small-group session, combining mobility, breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge in a seamless flow.

This isn’t a workout. It’s a work-in.

With just 4 people per session, you get the attention and space you need to fully reset.

Ritual begins indoors with guided movement and breathwork, then moves outdoors for contrast therapy. You’re welcome to stay after and complete your reset at your own pace.

We like to keep things simple, but we know trying something new can bring up questions. Here are a few quick answers to help you feel ready. And if you're still unsure, just ask.

  • Not at all. We’ll guide you through everything. Whether it’s your first cold plunge or your hundredth, we’ll meet you where you’re at

  • A towel, a water bottle, and an open mind. Wear something comfortable you don’t mind getting wet. We’ve got the rest.

  • Yes—though sauna and cold plunge aren't for everyone. We’ll always ask how you’re feeling, and you’re free to pause or step out at any time. If you’re pregnant, have heart issues, or any serious health concerns, check with your doctor first.

  • You can cancel or reschedule anytime with 48 hours’ notice. For last-minute changes, reach out directly and we’ll try to work with you.

  • Yep—just give us a heads up. This is a home-based setup, so we’ll make sure the dogs and kids are squared away beforehand.

  • Contrast therapy uses alternating heat (sauna) and cold (plunge) to reset the nervous system, improve circulation, and build stress resilience. It’s not just about recovery—it’s about teaching your body to stay calm under pressure.
